We are a small, boutique brand selling very BIG, HEAVY parts.  WIX LIVE CHAT is the fastest way to CONTACT us!

If we do NOT answer, please leave a message with your full name, order number, your return phone number, and the reason for your call.   We will respond within 24-28 hours as we are a small team.  

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For any RETURNS/REFUNDS, contact us immediately to assist you. 

RETURNS:  We only take returns for craftsmanship of the product prior to installation.  Unfortunately, we can not take a return once you install your parts.  Please check your parts thoroughly once you have received them.  Read ALL instructions first carefully to make sure you have all the items needed before installing it.  We RECOMMEND professional installation on our products.  

SHIPPING POLICY

Some of the items we are shipping are BIG & HEAVY parts! 

Our goal is to be able to ship them by standard shipping company methods, but sometimes we have to use FREIGHT as well.  You will be notified if it will be shipping by FRIEGHT.

Currently we are only shipping inside the continental US.  We are working on shipping worldwide!

WARRANTY INFORMATION

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our product.  If for any reason you have a question about the product, please contact us.  You will be putting wear and tear on these products, and they need to be properly taken care of.  Extreme conditions can be rough on the products, and extra care will be needed.  We are working on having care kits available to purchase in the future.  As most of these products will be used off-road, you will get scraps and scratches on them.
