SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders placed by 12pm PST ship next day if parts are in stock, otherwise they will ship the following after completion of parts being made. For domestic shipments (USA), please allow 2-6 business days after shipment for your package to arrive. If you live in a rural area where shipments are commonly known to be difficult to deliver, please allow additional shipping time or please provide us with an alternative shipping method (additional shipping cost can accrue).
We are currently not set up for international shipments.
Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information. IF you do NOT receive an email with your tracking information, you may email customer service or call us to request your tracking information. We use an outside source to ship products and will need to contact them for the information. Please allow 24-48 hours to return your request.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All product purchased for a Refund will process through the vendor you purchased your product from. Baja Forged will process all Warranties, including refunds, exchange or returns directly with the vendor you purchased from.
